This ice cream has been there since i was a little kid and that's long long way back. It even went back further because it's my mom's fav ice cream back then XD

I wasn't too fond of them when i was little, i think the distinct flavour of old style ice cream was not too appealing for a little girl. But along with time i grew up so does my taste. Just because my cousin who is pregnant wanted to eat them, so i went with her.

It's been ages since last time i ate them, part of it because i was convinced that i didn't like old style ice cream, another part is because i'm constantly on diet. But alas i'm there so i opt for something i rarely see. Noodle ice cream, chocolate noodle ice cream to be exact. While my cousin go for vanilla tutty fruity.

My ice cream melted too fast but i can see noodle shape, just not as i imagine it to be. And i love it. The chocolate was not overly sweet like ordinary ice cream. It's actually right spot on my ideal taste of chocolate. Not creamy and smooth like modern ice cream but we're not looking for those xD. The thing that i love the most is the used 'ting ting gepuk' (my fav peanut snack, i refer them a long while back XD) instead of ordinary peanut. It was something very different and it's a lovely surprise to find them there XD they also use coco pandan (i assume) syrup instead of strawberry and a teaser of lychee ice cream (not too sure but i think it's lychee). My cousin was delightfully eating hers too, i'm not tutty fruity girl and i don't really go for vanilla but i did taste them and i think i won't have a dificultty eating them all XD

The pricing is not cheap though, but old style ice cream is not cheap everywhere. My noodles ice cream come too 37k (i think mine was the most expensive) while my cousin cake ice cream cost at 20k. Pricing range from 20-40k. They serve a shot of ice water, just for you to wash down the ice cream at the end. They also have salty snacks on the menu but we didn't order those.
The service is ok, well we were the only patron at the time. It's clean and neat at least because they were newly renovated but no sofa. Still this place is my choice for old style ice cream way better than the other famous one in the city. All in all, i'll come back when i'm craving for old style ice cream ;) i'm going to try their macedonia next time.
